Manager, Banking - Triple'A Plus

As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized projects and teams of consultants while developing the company on its growth path. You will also play a key role in acquiring projects, supporting sales efforts, and managing and developing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire projects and/or support the senior management in acquisitions and sales through strong client
  • Manage several projects under an account, including mentoring teams of consultants
  • Oversee the implementation and quality control of projects with regards to both budget and content
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions
Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • 2-6 years of experience in Triple'A Plus implementation, including parameterization, and possess a good understanding of
  • processes and products in at least one work stream
  • Practical knowledge of programming languages, and knowledge in database systems and SDLC
  • Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
