Office Manager

Internal services have played a key role in Synpulse's growth story and will continue to pave the way for the upcoming milestone. As our Office Manager, you will have hands-on experience in supporting the end-to-end HR, Administrative and Marketing processes for the Hong Kong office. You will have the opportunity to meet various stakeholders to learn about the unique challenges that the function is facing in the consulting business. Through all this, you will fine tune your research and analytical skills by creating and implementing strategies to make the function more efficient and productive.​

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the Central Services Department for HK, which consists of Human Resources, Marketing / CI and Administration / Services / IT
  • Management of the Office / Administration / Services
  • Deputy Head of Finance
  • Managing projects in the areas of office, personnel / organization with the involvement of HR, IT and Marketing
  • Participation in the meetings of the Executive Board (TBD)
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience
  • Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting/ any other relevant disciplines
  • Proof of performance in the areas of internal services, staff mgmt. and finance, possibly also infrastructure/ services, administration, quality management
  • Experience in the execution of strategic projects (e.g. Office relocation, China market entry)
  • Knowledge in business software (e.g. EPR (Netsuite), CRM, SharePoint)
  • Strategic understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Communicative, inclusive behavior and teamwork
  • Analytical thinking and organized, structured, goal-oriented work
  • Assertiveness, but at the same time ability to be cooperative and mediating
  • Flexibility, load capacity
  • Excellent in spoken and written English & Cantonese; Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Currently based in Hong Kong
