Synpulse is looking for a driven and passionate candidate for the position of

HR and Admin Intern

As our HR Intern, you will have hands-on experience in supporting the end-to-end HR, Administrative and HR Marketing processes for the Hong Kong office. You will have the opportunity to meet various stakeholders to learn about the unique challenges that the function is facing in the consulting business. Through all this, you will fine tune your research and analytical skills by creating and implementing strategies to make the function more efficient and productive.

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team, such as coordinating interviews, data entry and setting up laptops
  • Keeping office clean and professional as well as arranging office supplies or stationery orders when required
  • Assist on internal and client events arrangements, such as recruitment fair and monthly meeting preparation
  • Verifying and processing invoices and expense reports and to assist on ad hoc assignments when required

  • 3 months full time, possible to extend afterwards or convert to a permanent position

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Teams and cloud, NetSuite and Asana will be a plus
  • Detailed and administrative oriented, fast learner with can-do attitude
  • Resourceful, team spirit and organizational skills
  • Uphold high degree of integrity when dealing with all tasks
  • Native in Cantonese and intermediate in spoken and written English, Mandarin would be an advantage Form 6 or 7 graduate and above, comfortable in working at an international firm
  • Available immediately or with short notice
