Manager, Insurance

As a Manager, Insurance, you will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized projects and mentor a team of consultants while developing the company on its growth journey. You will be at the forefront of the disruptive transformation and technologies while also play a key role in acquiring projects, supporting sales efforts, and managing and developing existing client relationships.  

  • At least six years of experience in the life/non-life insurance domain from management consulting or industry roles involving technology
  • Project experience in one of the following areas is a must: Core system implementation and/or enhancement, underwriting, claims, financial/technical accounting, operational process improvements, digital transformation, talent & organisation
  • Experience in organizing and participating in C-suite client workshops and meeting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in project management and team management
  • Experience in business development, sales and project acquisition, growth hacking and an active senior management network is a must
  • Capable of applying technology principles to business across part/all of the value chain
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Fluency in a South East Asian language, especially Mandarin and Cantonese, will be an added advantage when participating in regional projects
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
  • Flexibility, mobility and willingness to travel regionally and internationally when required
  • Degree holder
